★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had only ridden mountain bikes until the staff hooked me up with a Felt Adventure. It's surprisingly comfy. Excellent gearing for climbing hills, disc brakes for descending. If you're an endurance biker food for thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bike store with Friendly knowledgable staff and a great selection of bikes and accessories. Their service department is fantastic as well. We bought a "We The People" a while back and returned to buy accessories, a good lock etc. Love this place !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bike shop, staff are friendly and helpful. Guy told me to bring my parts in and they would sort me out. Listened to my issues, and gave helpful knowledge without pushing expensive parts on me. Much better experience than Cap's Bike shop.

I'm PWD and the staff went out-of their way to help accommodate me with high quality safety lights for my power wheelchair at very affordable price compared to what the medical supplie stores wanted to charge me for less quality equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visit, they helped replace my wife's bike's rear tire rim over lunch. Helpful as well with replies to emailed questions I had during the week.
Unfortunately they don't service "department store" bikes due to parts issues. While I understand that, I wish I could bring our bikes for a cheaper maintenance package, as I know little about how to do that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. We watched as he jumped in to help a customer trying to get her bike into the car. He was very knowledgeable and offered several tid bits to help some of us newbies with our biking adventures. Highly recommend this store. Would def come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my first bike in many years in March 2021 from Rocky Cycle. Sean was amazing at helping me get into a bike that met my budget and would do what I need. He helped me get the bike all setup and got me into some reasonably priced gear to go with it.
By October I had put 4000 km on that bike. I had a couple of small issues which were very minor but Rocky Cycle solved them at no cost to me and very quickly. This is a busy shop but they still seem to get stuff done quick.
I have also extensively dealt with Steve at the shop and he has always gone way out of his way to help me out. He even let me test ride his personal bike.
I can not recommend these guys enough!
