★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called Surrey E-bikes for assistance with having ours fixed (issue with holding a charge). When we told them the make and model, the woman on the phone literally laughed and said they wouldn't touch that piece of junk (it's a Gio by the way). Obviously from the way you bash anybody who has a negative comment, you don't value you good customer service and think it is ok to appear callous and rude!!

I purchased a used bike and I wanted it serviced and up graded , so I reached out to Sharon and from the first call I was treated with respect and professionalism.
They have gone beyond ! Beyond great service doing those little extras like washing my bike before returning it to me.
Those little extras are what will keep me coming back.

Their overall really nice people, and they seem to know what their doing. I bought the rawatron fast and furious from them about 10 months ago, the customer service just needs a bit of work. I'm just trying to get a new foot peg and mirror

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. YOU CAN SPEND IT SOMEWHERE WHO APPRECIATE THE BUSINESS YOU BRING TO THEM !
I bought an escooter which I gifted to a friend but the experience has been so bad. The scooter had a trouble within first 24 hours of it's arrival. I had to get a new gift fixed. They also promised 1 year warranty in which they will come and fix the product at your door but nobody is willing to help and just keep on giving different numbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with my experience with Surrey Ebikes. What I like about them is that Mani can fix anything. The first time I went there, I called around and no other place said they would fix it because it is discontinued. Because Mani can fix anything, they said bring it to us and we will see. It was hard to find the problem but Mani perservered not wanting to tell me he couldn't fix it. He told me after some time he found out what was making the loud rattling noise, fixed it and did not overcharge me. The price was very reasonable. Their customer service is very good as well. Very recommended to do business with Sharon and Mani.

They were able to help me out with what I was looking for and I was very satisfied with their overall knowledge about their products.
