I bought my Armada Electric Motorcycle used on Facebook Marketplace and was severely misled by the Facebook seller and consequently put through a week of BS and finally ghosted on how to register and insure it with a license plate to go 70km/h without pedals legally.
Finally I reached out to Armada and a simple visit to their EVS location (there are two Armada locations on 104th btw), a small paperwork fee and a couple forms filled out, and a visit to their recommended insurance broker, and I'm registered plated and insured!
I wish I had just bought it directly from Armada and skipped a week of stress!

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing experience! Communication was almost instant, very knowledgeable, I got the battery I was looking for safely shipped across Canada. Reasonable prices and very fast. I still have a battery from a previous Armada purchase several years ago and it is still going strong. A+ quality. If I lived in BC Iโd be buying all my e-bikes from Armada. Thanks for the time and help!

โ โ โ โ โ Won't answer my phone calls or Facebook messages, sold me a bike with a broken sprocket, wouldn't fix it when I brought it in for service, told me I could do it at home. Now the sprocket has come more loose and cut through my power wire to the motor leaving me stranded on the side of the road. I do not recommend buying from this place.

โ โ โ โ โ Super helpful people! We managed to get our limited speed motorcycle insured today with thanks to Lauren (sp?). We looked around at other businesses selling similar products but Armada was the most professional and offered the most support. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an ebike/scooter/limited speed motorcycle.

I was fed with we dont have it in stock we have no clue when we will get it and they were more inclined to make me ask every question and every detail as if they were trying to avoid the questions I was asking.
Please do yourself a favour of not wasting gas and time to get there to have the most rude condesending service you could recieve in all of Surrey.
I have had crackheads speak to me with more courtesy then these delinquents.
Good luck making profits when you scare away new customers.

Im sure Google reviews and Surrey business of bureaucracy would be able to find out.

โ โ โ โ โ Best Vancouver has to offer for your electric motorcycles needs. An amazing family business who don't mind dozens of questions fired over several days to educate me on options that are available and can be made custom. I got an Armada Commander with a 5kw motor and controller upgrade! If you are a serious rider that is where you should start! They provided all the paperwork I need to register and insure the bike aswell. I am free to answer any questions with my experience during the process.
