★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The three guys working just sat around at the cash and talked to each other. Took them forever to notice me and then they continued to talk to each other while the one checked me out. Really disrespectful overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store. Their prices can be a little high but they almost always have the best outdoors and many specialty things you can not get anywhere else. Always worth a visit especially if there is a sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online and needed to exchange the size. Was pretty in and out. Took a little bit as I had a guy who was - I believe - being retrained on cash from a while ago. He was very pleasant during it all and I hope he's catching on fast!

There were 3 people working in the store who were all just talking to each other and didn't even bother to say hello to me or anyone else and ask if they needed help or anything. I do not recommend wasting your time with this store or at least the associates who were working that particular shift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store, well run. Special shout out to Caitlin at cash and store manager Andre who came up with a pair of cross country ski boots for my son that turned out to be less expensive than you can buy them second hand. Two thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection. Great service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Came in looking for a sleeping pad and left with one. Store is well stocked, merchandise is well displayed, shopping is made easy. Will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for stuff for the outdoors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was followed they treat me like a thief not once but multiple times they even had the nerve to take the items that I wanted to purchase from me obviously they didn't trust me touching there items I will never shop at this store again and I will be contacting the human rights commission as I was treated un fairly and not like other shoppers in the store I would never recommend this store
