★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to share my amazing shopping experience at Nike Guildford. Ive gone in a few times and the staff are always willing to go above and beyond. I would like to specifically give a shout out to Michaella for exceeding all expectations during my visit. Michaella is always willing to help out and create and enjoyable experience when shopping here. They did not have the size I was looking for, so she took it upon herself and called around other nike stores in the area and managed to reserve the last item available in my size. Overall a great experience and I definitely see myself coming in again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoutout David and Anthony at the guildford Nike store. I won the Jordan 1 prototype raffle and they were supposed to come with 3 extra laces i only got 1 lace and i went in to let them know and they gave me the missing blue and white laces. Very helpful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a sweater and then drove back to my home in Langley. when I got home I took the sweater out of the bag and noticed the magnetic alarm trigger was still attached to the sweater. I will have to drive back to the store to get it taken off which is quite far away. Kinda disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really positive experience this morning! Casually strolled in looking for the GT Jump and immediately I was greeted by Wiz and Rumi. Both guys were extremely knowledgable about the technology in the shoe and were able to break down comparisons with everything similar. Then when they didn’t have my size Wiz quickly called another Nike store and asked that they hold a pair for me. I hope next time I go in they’re working!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Service from a MANAGER himself! I went in to return a shoe and look at something else. Retun no issues! Perfect! I went to the back asked for a size9 for airmax 270 . The guy went in check at the back. Came back and said no size 9 while dranging his feet (just like my 9Yr old). He said the only size was the one in display. It was 9.5. I asked to try it on and I swear he passed me the display shoe with no intention of getting the other pair. is this a joke? Am I being pranked? That was the tought I was having. I had to ask for the other shoe. Again dranging himself to the back. At this point I was just bummed out with the service. I found out later on that it was the manager that was with me. My wife told me he was the same guy that didn't seem like he wanted to help when she was buying Tech Fleece last December. Such a turnoff. I know your NIKE and you don't need my business but this is just a sad excuse for a manager and a poss poor attutite specially as a customer service stand point. Staff was great! too bad the leadership is "sorry to say" pathetic. I was very upset. I ended up buying 2 shoes in JDsports and 1 in Champs. Didn't get the managers name but he was a tall big guy and he was the only one wearing black. Today is April 19,2022
