Very thankful for her assistance, as he said she was very attentive, friendly, and gave great suggestions.
Im happy with my new Leah A. earrings and I would like to let Rosabella know I appreciate her helping my boyfriend find this gift for me.
We will visit this location again closer to the holidays ( ;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always liked this store but today when I came in, I was the only person in the store with 4 employees on deck and not a single person offered help until I got in trouble for trying to look at a price tag. I understand the rules with covid but I wasn't wearing glasses & couldn't see their itty bitty signs that asked not to touch merchandise (I was touching the tag not the item.) It was kind of humiliating to be honest. I came in with the intention of purchasing a birthday gift for my girlfriend but I left feeling embarrassed for trying to shop. Its bizarre to me that 4 staff members would completely ignore the only customer in the store and then scold them for trying to look at a price tag.
