The first time I came to get my engagement ring re-sized, the Sunday staff were really helpful (especially the shorter Indian(?) lady - she seemed really knowledgeable). Came back a few weeks later because it was too tight. This was fine because I don’t wear rings and don’t know my size exactly so there will be some trial and error. But the second time around, the staff were so rude (except for the same lady I mentioned earlier - she was on top of it and so efficient, so I’m giving an extra star just for her). I heard the other staff members talking about me right around the corner (P.S., corners aren’t soundproof!). Long story short, I will be picking up my ring and never coming back, nor will I be recommending your store to friends/family.

Jean assisted me quickly and was helpful in identifying what I wanted to look at right away. She understood that I wanted daily wear jewelry that would be appropriate for any setting. She showed me how the clasp worked when I wasn't sure how to undo it on my own. She offered me free cleaning for the jewelry that was purchased there. I was able to choose jewelry that I liked, at a price point that was reasonable to me, and matched my tastes. I enjoyed the experience very much. Their Covid-19 precautions are very straightforward. They limit their interactions to two people per sales person and offer hand sanitizer on check in and check out.

I would never want to step foot into this store location again, the lady working there yesterday was incredibly rude. I saw an item that I liked but wasn't in love with it enough to buy it, she said she could put it on hold and I said no (things turned sour here) she scoffs at me and tells me how expensive the other item I was looking at is.. I was almost thankful when she stops giving me the time of day. Lesson learned; went to peoples and was treated with respect and bought some stuff there.

I went here with my boyfriend yesterday to get a promise ring. They have so many great options and I found a few rings I like. When asking about get the ring sizing is where I lost interest here. The women explain that all rings come in a standard size 6 and asked my size. I got some chubby ringers, so I’m around 8.5. When I told her she was like “oh that big, oh wow ya you won’t get the sizing covered” I’m like well how much, she left and asked another employee and came back and told us it’s 75.00 and 8-10 week wait which again I have no issue with. It’s how she kept circling around the size of my finger. While I know it shouldn’t mean anything it made me embarrassed and we left. I won’t go back to this location. First impression is everything. Luckily the employees in the Metrotown location are way more welcoming.

My bf and I went to the store to look at Rado watches. No one greeted us while we were in store, and no one helped us until I kept looking around at the employees then finally some one came. Before even letting us look at the watches we wanted, she asked for our ID. My bf just recently got his license renewed, so he only had a paper copy, but had a valid Canadian Firearm license. She didn’t accept that. I provided my license which she kept in the display where the watches were. Stating it’s a “company policy, there’s cameras around, [and] we have to do this”. I definitely felt discriminated against, to be honest. There were other customers present as well and none of them were asked to present their ID and they were trying jewelry/watches on. It’s not like Rado watches they had in store are so expensive... I don’t know if she thought we’d run off with the watch. I definitely will not purchase or recommend others to come to this store. I’ve been Downtown to other watch stores which carry 2-3x more expensive watches than this store, and have never been asked that.

Ordered a bracelet online and went to pick up today. Was very happy i did not purchase more items. Service was non existent, we were barely acknowledged. The lady took forever to find the paperwork and then even longer to match my id and purchase card to paperwork. At one point she picked up my id and cc and started walking away with it without explaining where and why. I literally had to stop her and say no no, you not walking away with my personal stuff. Took longer then expected and we felt really unwelcomed. Wont be back...at least to this location.

One of the worst jewelry stores I have ever been to! The staff is just terrible they judge you instantly and if you’re not buying they will walk away from you mid sentence. I was ready to spend $1000 yesterday, but I decided to go to a different store. They need to teach their employees what good customer service is. Absolutely flabbergasted with how terrible the service is. 0/5

Store is very organized!!!!! This is the first time I've seen a store, with items in the same trays, according to the same ring sizes, and same necklace lengths. Easy to find, awesome selections, like the Sterling pics shown here. My preference is chains, pendants. This store always meets my needs and expectations!!!!! There is no one in particular, I would recommend because all the staff, provides the same amount of "excellent customer service skills". Saw a few bad reviews, with complaints that are NOT within reason!!!!! Let's put it this way...Guildford has close to 10 jewelry stores... If the staff here is doing such a bad job. This location would have been long gone. RECOMMEND!!!!!
