★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to return a bracelet after 30 days and was told that absolutely no exceptions are made. I wasn't even offered a gift card. It's not printed on the receipt. There policies are archaic! It's too bad that this kind of customer service is aloud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for excellence in customer service by Rona. The store was busy as it can get with Mother's day craziness but she was patient helpful and provided good suggestions. To be honest if it was another person I would have left the place without buying.. The prices were good and the quality is better. RONA is great with kids too! I WILL RECOMMEND this store for jewelry needs.I have always shopped at Michael Hill in New Zealand and glad to have found the same quality service here in Canada. Well Done ?
