★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called on the phone today asking for some basic engraving service and was given pretty rude, snotty attitude. I am not even sure if she understood my question. She just seemed like she wanted to hang up and get on with her day. I've decided to go to another engraving place as a result of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got promise rings engraved. the lady at guildford didnt say much when I chose the hand writing font for the ring. when I got them you could barely read it and the girl said it wasnt an ideal font for the ring. and the lady I spoke to the day before was there and stayed it was a small ring (no s!$@). she should have provided her guidance the day before to steer me towards a better font. I was clearly unhappy and neither of them showed any empathy or said much. rings look horrible. substandard service. go elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had 3 keys cut at this location. And was treated very poorly. When I was told the price would be $20 TO CUT 3 KEYS. I made a comment that the key kiosk in Walmart only charges 3.99 and you get the 3rd key free! The sales clerk acted like I had stolen something! AND when I politely said goodbye after paying that ridiculous price because the kiosk didnt have my type of key the clerk wouldn't even acknowledge me and just stared at me rudely. I just purchased a beautiful wedding frame there and had it engraved less than 4 months ago and was very pleased with the service the manager had given me, but because of the staff and price I will never shop there and will be making sure all my followers on social media stop shopping there as well . It's the principal if your going to rip customers off by overcharging them at least be polite and do it with a smile on your face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are good, but the services at the Guildford location is horrible! My son walked near the shelf, didn't lift anything and already she freaked out and spoke really rude to my child. No smiles, no eye contact just poker face as she processed my transaction. If she's so unhappy at her job, she needs to go elsewhere and not to take out on customers.
