★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady working there today told me that a bc services card isn’t a form of government issued ID when it is. All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone and every other time I’ve gone in there I’ve always used my bc services card as ID. Wth is she talking about? What a waste of time!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited one other Bell store but they didnt have the model that I was looking for in stock. When I came in to this store I got a warm welcome from one of the team members, Binisha. She was very kind and nice and genuine. Her problem resolution techniques shows her expertise and care towards her clients in the telecom field. Bell needs more warm and humble people like her to make us feel welcomed. Thank you for the help Binisha. kudos!

Binisha was incredibly knowledgeable of the products and services and was extremely patient with me when I couldn’t understand the difference between certain products. Thank you for making my day and this kind of service makes me want to only deal with Bell for all of my devices!!

Highly recommend coming here for fast service! When you come in the store, ask for Natalia - she was able to give me great information and was super helpful. 10/10 service! Go Natalia!
