They also are very empathetic to what exactly you need and don't pressure you into buying phones or plans you don't need. I believe I talked to Manmeet who was awesome from the moment we chatted. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting the phone and the plan were not an issue. Getting the promised refund of my $50 activation fee has been impossible. Fido states it is Tbooth's issue. Called Tbooth and spoke to my rep and was assured it would show up on my third bill. Nope. Now they don't even answer the phone.
