★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning, merchandise return and exchange policy is very poor. They will not exchange an item of the same price, they don't look at dollar value when exchanging items. You will only receive in store credit and most items are over priced. Staff unhelpful in looking for sizes, staff and manager are very rude. You can go to other places such as Carters and receive better quality, price and service. I will never shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely by far the rudest staff. The manager / supervisor was so ignorant. The staff here have 0 custimer service skills. I couldn't believe how rude and short the staff was with multiple customers in the store at the time, including myself. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are all rude!!! The store is very messy cloths are on the floor! The staff are busy chatting with each other and no one wants to help you! Worst store i will never go back again in this location. Just go at Carter in found store is very organize and staff are friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is not stroller accessible; Even if it’s not busy I can’t get to most of the displays in the baby section with my stroller. Its average medium sized stroller that I can maneuver with anywhere else but not this store. The value / quality of the clothing is hit and miss. You might luck out during their best sale days. Otherwise not worth the visit. Especially not with a stroller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today, bought four different items. The woman at the cashier was so busy yapping to coworkers that she didn't notice the person in front of me had walked away without taking her receipt or change. Then she proceeded to ring my items through and left security tags on half of them.
Such a huge pain in the butt to have to go all the way back to have them remove the tags. Do better, pay better attention.
