Employee should advice the customer about their refund policy at the time of First Sale.
Earning money for a high school student is twice the hard when compared to a regular adult. When he bought the item, he was told nothing about the refund policy.
Return policy - A Store Credit, I truly believe he will never be back there to use the store credit."Merchandise Card".
Highly Disappointed with the service, it was just one day after the sale, and they refused to do a full refund.
We are willing to talk if you are........!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of workers were super rude. They didn't offer any help and not even say hello. I was second person in the line up but still I had to stand up in the line for more than 15 minutes, when I ask a worker is there any other cashier available, she said "No, you gotta be patient " . After waiting for such a long time I end up leaving my stuff there. They didn't even regret for their behaviour. Why you guys are running the store when you don't really wanna serve your customers? I would never visit there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff and managers at this location were super nice and personable. Vanshika, especially gets a 5 star rating for top notch customer service skills. She not only recommend a pair of jeans, but she insisted on finding them for me and setting me up to try them on. Thanks guys, Selena jeans are my new favs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ripped my pants and the assistant manager was so patient as I had ran in 10 minutes before close in a panic lol. All staff are welcoming and good to chat with. Regardless of my changing fashion sense, I always gravitate back to bluenotes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, I wish I could do a -1 star Rating. Please hire a new staff if they don’t want to work their. The lady was so rude with me even it wasn’t busy even 1%. Their was 2 workers but one of them was too rude, she don’t know how to deal with customers she looks like over 26. Visit time was 1:30pm on 1st of February.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually clean and well stocked, and lots of itema to choose from. They offer both men and womens apparel. The hardest part of shopping here, is constantly getting ignored by the staff. I know that I am not thier target shopper, however I have kids that love the style there, so a reminder, never judge a book by its cover.
