After then cashier said she can’t do return as item doesn’t have tag on. But I had the receipt. Then she call manager and she was super rude ,I asked for store credit she said if u don’t want it donate it . Manager should know how to talk atleast.Never going back. Should recommend not going this location.

So i went to return that item and was told that i could only get store credit even though it was a brand new item with tickets attached and it was barely 2 weeks from my original purchase. As, i had done an exchange her system wont let me give my money back. If they had told me about this earlier i would have fully refunded my original item and bought the new item. Such a scam. I called customer service which was no help as he said he understand my frustration but can’t do anything about it. The sales rep was so rude too. Never going back there.

I walk in and this indian girl whos skinny tall ignores me like i wasnt even there.walks right past me without acknowledging me at all. Then theres 2 chatty cathy's by the till just chating away, one chick was asian the other indian or half black. Totally ignored me. worst experience ever at a store. Rude !!! Would never walk into that store again.
J	JASMEEN KAUR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IN NEGATIVE RATING- DON’T SHOP I called the CCR guys on 27th and they gave me the ticket number and said it will take upto 3- 5 business days. Firstly, a month has been passed since i returned them and then these 5 business days have passed too. At the time of return, they said usually it will be refunded within 3-5 business days and rarely will take 10 days maximum. But a month has passed and no refund was made. Then i called the CCR and she gave me the ticket number and said will take 3-5 business days. And those days have passed too. Why you guys have been lying to me and keeping my money illegally for no reason. I can sue the company and the CCR for keep on lying to me and not giving my money back. And even now you are saying that the financial department will investigate and make the decision. What’s there to make the decision. It’s simply stated I returned the item safe and sound and you guys refund my money. And i will go to media too and aware all the people i can about what you do with your customers.
r	rajvir kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love shopping at Garage but this one star is for the extremely disappointing customer service they offered at their Guildford mall location. Sadly they don’t have an option for a zero star as one star would still be too much for the kind of customer service experience I had. So I bought a shirt for my daughter and as you can see the tag says $29.95. Even the big display price for this shirt was $29.95. When I got to the counter, I was charged $34.95 before tax. You can match the code on underneath the barcode with the code on the receipt. When I went back there to bring this to their attention and showed them the receipt and the price tag, the associate told me that the price on the receipt is the correct price not the one on the price tag. She also said that Garage’s price goes up and down without any correction on the price tags. I find this explanation highly ridiculous. How could someone charge a price higher than the price shown on the price tag attached to the shirt and displayed on the side of the hangers. This is not about the $5 difference. This is about the logic she explained. Even after she confessed that she forgot to correct the price on the tags and the display, she was not even near to the apologetic behaviour. She kept saying our store just works like this. Garage would have to pay a handsome amount one day if someone sue them for charging a customer a wrong price. My daughter really wants this shirt for her Halloween costume so I just didn’t return. It isn’t about how much it costs, it is about how that lady treated me with her brilliant logic and attitude.
