Went in to buy boardshorts for my boys. A little pricey but good quality. The staff was great and were controlling number of customers in store due to COVID. Would recommend this store ??

Ya'll boathouse customer service actually sucks ass, since they never have sizes that never fit like XXL/XXL and XXXXXXL, i went online to order sizes that i needed. I ordered 12 Medium shirts and 5 small for my dance team and got them all in different shipments & charged my bank acc in random ass numbers so i fricking lost money like for 2 shirts $56.84 & then another for $68.50???? Lowkey ripping me off but ok, i emailed them about this & they took legit a month to reply like tf "we'll reply back in 1 business day" my ass.

I usually don’t write reviews, but yesterday I experienced the worst customer service I ever have in my entire life. I went in to return a sweater I bought Jan 2nd. I was too lazy to try it on while in store, but when I got home it was a bit tight so I wanted to return it. The receipt only stated β€œholiday purchases that are in original condition can be returned or exchanged with original receipt till Jan 13/19. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on DEC 26 & 27, 2018.” Since I had bought mine after the holiday season, I assumed that the receipt print hadn’t updated and I had 30 days to return or exchange. Since nowhere on the receipt did it say what the store policy was for regular purchases. When I got to the cashier she rudely told me I missed the date to return my sweater, which she stated, was Jan 13. I explained to her this was bought after the holiday season. She then told me regardless I had to return by Jan 13, after I attempted to explain my same point again she said it doesn’t matter anyway because store policy is only 14 days for return or exchange, so too bad too sad for you. I attempted again that the store policy wasn’t written anywhere on the receipt and I was left to assume what the policy was. Her response was belittling, degrading and beyond rude. She went to ask me if I was dense because the receipt couldn’t make it any clearer and she doesn’t really understand why I couldn’t understand January 13th was the return date, while she rolled her eyes at me. I was a bit taken back and didn’t have a response. The cashiers name was Myka. At the end of the day it wasn't the money I had lost that left me in tears, but the inhumane treatment by Myka. I called head offices immediately after and I was assured that this was a technical error as the receipt should have not had the holiday return policy but the regular return policy. It had just not updated at the time of my purchase. Head office apologized numerous times for the behavior of one employee. I was also told that the regional manager will be in touch with me to follow-up with the situation. I will update this review if/when I hear back from the regional manager.

I went in a week ago, staff was nice! Chatted with a nice guy with a hat I think his name was Justin and a girl named Karmen. They helped me find shoes and a sweater. Very nice people.

I was just asking for an exchange on a top I purchased for my boyfriend. Not even asking for money back. It was my fault for losing the receipt but it had the original tags and not worn. They won't even let me do an exchange at all. I will never shop here again.

The manager refused to let my girl exchange a top she got for me last month for our anniversary. I only tried it on but did not like how the collar fit. Brand new with tag. She misplaced the original receipt because she thought I was keeping it. She was not asking for money back, only an exchange for something else. We would have paid the difference for something more. It suck that you cannot even do that. Advice for other future shoppers. Unless you tried on the stuff you want, do not buy from this business. poor customer service.
