★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and purchased a pair of pretty earrings this week. The salesperson could not process the debit payment. So we put it thru a second time and it still did not work. She could not give me a cancelled receipt or anything, I usually would get that from other shops that have made errors. I offered to come back later and she agreed.
I came back about an hour later and she said it was working after I left. So I gave her my debit card to process but again it wasnt working...
After a couple of phone calls she was able to process it. I came home and checked did some banking online and discovered the earrings were paid for three times. I had to call back and explain it yo the salesperson.
She apologized and their head office called to apologize as well.
So I am disappointed in the service as I feel it was a gong show.
I now have to wait for the bank to reverse it which will take up to 5 days. To top it all off, I went to put the new earrings on for my son’s wedding and the one earring literally broke as I put it on…. Fell apart!!! I did not know what to do as we got ready at the venue.
Good thing the bride brought an extra pair of earrings but I was disappointed as I really loved the pair I bought for $31.00.
So disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed some new tops for the fall season so I stopped in at Serena. Within a few minutes I found one in a reasonable price range and the sales associate pointed out a few more in my size. The colours were fantasic for the fall and winter. After trying them on I selected two. I was on my way in a few minutes. The store observes masks and social distancing. All the racks were orderly and the fitting room clean and tidy.I appreciated the fitting room as some places do not provide that service.

They are always so helpful, kind, professional and patient when I am purchasing items for either myself or for my mom or mother in law.
