W	White blackhead on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to return something, the lady start checking receipt date, item etc. everything was okay. She had no smile, no greetings, first question she had "Didn't she tell you?". I thought to myself "who?" Then she looked at me, "no return, it's more than 50% off". I told her it's written 30% off on receipt. She start to yell "no, it was initially more than that, we dont say this on receipt". On my way I asked her name. She yelled , "SULMA AND I AM ASSISTANT MANAGER HERE, GO COMPLAIN WHOEVER YOU WANT TO". Thank you suzy shier for the worst customer service experience ever. Never coming back to this store.If the managers are like that, I wonder about the junior staff.

No customer service at all, they never regard customers and they always have a problem with transaction.I had to wait for a long time. Usually I buy at the store and on line especially, because there is more sizes left and more variety.. occasionally I have to return and exchange. .. this location doesn't help actually they make fun of you or remind you not to buy on line. !!!! I will always go to central city and Brentwood Mall, more Classy and professional STAFF, cleaner store ... I've been in customer service for many years.. been an aesthetician and cosmetician. I LOVE SUZY SHIER and continue to buy!!! Thank you!!
S	Sandeep birring on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there on June 17 @2:30 pm. 3 associates just standing behind the cash area. No one even said hi. No one bothered asking me if I needed help with anything. What a horrible customer service. They don't want customer, s money I guess.

They did not accept my online order even though head office gave permission to return the item in store. Took lot of time to figure out how return one item... i will.never go back to shop this location.

The manager i believe her name was Bahar, she was being very disrespectful. I wouldn’t have expected suzy staff to be this harsh. I am a regular customer and I will continue to order online, but I will not be able to tolerate this manager. I was always at suzy and the other girls have been so kind, but this time it ruined my day.

She helped me find the right stuff . 5 STARS to her. Great customer service and collection of Clothes, I highly recommend this store to my friends. It's very evident that she cares and values their business.
