The Main reason this place is amazing is because of Karrington (Sales associate) she goes way above and beyond to ensure you’re super happy with what your getting. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and provides exceptional customer service from start to finish of your visit! If the manager of Guilford Champs sees this I hope you appreciate her as a staff member as much as I appreciate her customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of weeks ago, I happened to be in the area and I walked into this champs store looking for a gift for a friend . The service I had, by the assistant manager named eriana, was truly exceptional!! She really took the time to get to know me and the friend I was shopping for. She quickly gave me many suggestions and truly seemed excited to show me all the shoe options she thought my friend would love. On top of it all after I decided what shoes I was going with (air force 1s with the Nike charms). We continued to chat and I had mentioned my small business, she was very sweet and asked if she could see my website and that she would love to support it. She was very genuine and I hope she and the manager see's this comment, I will definitely be shopping here again and asking for her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would’ve gave 5 stars but I’m very disappointed in the staff, I called about the patent leather jordan 1 breds yesterday. The guy said they aren’t releasing today, then my friend called at 4ish because I saw someone buy one at a Metrotown location, but then the guilford location still didn’t drop them. Then the next day I call right when the store opened and a worker told me they had dropped yesterday.
