β β β β β Love Coco's brown sugar pearl latte. So good! However, the sizing and pricing is not great compared to similar quality bubble tea. Service was good and quality consistent with other locations.

β β β β β Iβve had tried several times at this location inside Guildford mall but never tasted as good as this last one I had on Sunday. I had Jasmine milk tea with fresh taro and pearl with 30% sugar and regular on ice. By far itβs their best. I didnβt shake/mix the tea with the toppings and had it as shown as in the pics...taste way better!

workers seem like they don't enjoy working
there. I go to the guilford location regularly and I've noticed the manager/supervisor lady at the front is yelling or talking rudely to her
workers.. The atmosphere feels very weird
and I hope she fixes her style of managing because she talks to her workers like they are children when they are full grown adults.. she could lose customers and workers talking to people like that. she also seems to always be on her phone and not helping her co workers ? hopefully whoever she is sees this! do better!

β β β β β Non-friendly attitude and unpleasant customer experience. They use powder milk instead of fresh one and often refuse customerβs request on ingredients. Even they have bogo events, I shop elsewhere

β β β β β Bubble Gaga is my go to drink, sweet and sour. They honestly have so many varieties to pick and the price is reasonable. They use real fruits for the drink. The services were quick and the staff here are super friendly! Never had a language problem here before.

β β β β β Love coco bubble tea, brings back lots of memories of visiting with friends.
Iβm glad to see there are more of them open throughout the lower mainland. Theyβre always quick and their quality control is very good. You can get the same drink at any of their location.
My favourite is their two ladies with pearls and pudding. Even though theyβve been around for a long time, they continue to come up with new drinks and flavours.

β β β β β I ordered a large dragonfruit smoothie and found a huge piece of fruit in it. It was so big that it occupied almost quarter of the container. I expected a small piece of orange not half an orange in my smoothie. I wish there was more smoothie and less fruit.

β β β β β I was here with my friends yesterday and I want to say I really love the new renovations.
Also regarding the lady who left the review below mine, she was standing 4-5 people behind us and she acted very very childish for an adult, inappropriate in fact. I am surprised someone could get so upset by simply being told to wait in the proper line??? How bad of a day did you have to be to get mad and try to start a fight at minimum-wage employees......
Since the new renovations required people to order on the opposite side then it was before, I noticed the girl at the cashier tried to tell people to line up on the other side so they wouldn't be waiting for nothing. A lot of people understood that and and just walked over to the other side to line up. But I don't know why but the lady yelled so loud at your poor employees and didn't seem to understand why she had to wait on the other side and just left. She then came back 5-10 minutes later and then banged her fist really loudly on the counter at the front yelling again at your workers and I am so sorry for the big Karen.
but either way, when It was my turn to order the cashier was really kind and my drink came out really fast! The 2 for $10 deal on the dragonfruit is really good if you have a chance to come here :)
