β β β β β My son and I went to get bubble tea, the staff were unpleasant. Unhelpful, and though we mentioned many times we did not want dairy she kept repeating A) the wrong beverage and B) that it has dairy. Home correction her and the remaining staff began to speak in another language and laughing. We will not be going back. We know what we are ordering however each menu is a little different so we ask questions to make sure when we are spending $7.00 a drink itβs correct. Seriously unpleasant. As a business owner I would be embarrassed by this behaviour.

β β β β β Customer service is abhorrent/terrible here! At first, I thought it was just a one off but then when I came a second time, it was just as bad. The staff dont even acknowledge you when you enter the storw and youre the only one there and they are on their cell phones and chatting to one another while making your order! Also, the brown sugar bubble tea tastes terrible (watery milk with pearls)- tastes very bad and very much not worth $6.45. Wont come here again.

β β β β β The brown sugar pearl tea is not bad. Overall drinks are 3.5 out of 5. The staff are very straight faced and comes across rude. Or they look extremely nervous or stressed out with the owner lady watching over them like a hawk.
She also snaps are the staff and make rude gestures. That's probably why the staff look unhappy all the time. They don't check your order properly. Got orders mixed up once and got the wrong order another time. Price is on the high side, 6.50 taxes in for a large which isn't a true large (CoCo sized). With customer service like that I'm not inclined to give a tip. The staff also purposely delay in giving you the drink if no tip is given. My friend and I tested this out multiple times. Lol.
Will not go here as I regularly as I did, kinda tired of poor customer service and the meh negative vibes. You'd think for a newly opened store, they'd pay a bit more attention to the customers.

Brown sugar is the new trend, and it doesnβt taste bad. Like other stores, many different flavours. The tea its self is alright.
The place is pretty open. There is a little table, but encourages you to just wait and go.
Prices are alright but I felt like the lady at the cashier gave bad vibes.

β β β β β Not myself but the young shift lead was extremely rude to the mother and child in front of me. Staff made an adjustment mistake (sugar level) on her order and refused to correct it. This took place on May 20th, 2022 evening.

β β β β β Usually pretty good pearls and drink quality. But the pearls this morning (April 12, 2022) were not that good. pearls tasted bland and not fully cooked. Reminded of me of Pearl Fever's pearls which are basically tasteless and too hard
