Go there often but I was a little disappointed when they didn't have covid rapid test s available. But I'm sure it's not their fault London drugs was also out of them.

Worst pharmacy and workers. They will loose your medication, overcharge you, share your information, throw faxes away that are not same day, hang the phone up on you when your on hold that is if they even pick up and will not transfer your medication elsewhere. They are very rude in person and make you wait while they are chatting about personal issues or looking through phone. Very unhappy with them if I could give 0 I would.

I would give this pharmacy and their pharmacists 0 stars if I could. After getting out of emergency I called and asked if my husband could bring in a rx I really needed filled right away. They said yes but then sent my husband away saying come back tomorrow. After calling them back and telling them I needed the rx to breath or I would be back in the er they said fine send your husband back. After my husband got back then they called and said I couldn't have the medicines due to a interaction even though I've had it many times. They find released 1 medicine. I told them I would follow up with my specialist to get a new antibotic on Monday for the other medicine. On Sunday they went behind my back against my permission and called the er Dr for another Antibiotic and got one that wouldn't even have worked for what I had and called me telling me they had filled the rx without my permission and therefore charged my insurance plan. I called back and had to cancel the rx they filled that I had already told them I didn't want and would get my personal Dr to fill Monday. I don't even have a infection the Dr at the er gave it to me just in case. This pharmacy is money hungry, doesn't listen to their clients and wastes their clients time. The pharmacy flat out told me my husband must of lied to me because he never said he needed the rx that night. My husband did tell him as did I when I called him first. What a waste of time. Save your time and frustration and go somewhere else. This is unfortunately not my first negative experience with them and I know multiple other people who have had problems with them. Stay away.

Shop here occasionally, whenever I go the experience hasn’t been great. Staff hasn’t been around near checkouts, products that are supposed to be on sale via the flyers don’t have their sale prices. Most recently I bought a lip balm package as a present and when I went to give it to the person it was completely empty! The package didn’t look tampered with at all and still made a rattling sound but no lip balm was in there. Very disappointed. Edit (1 month later): Bumping up to a 3 star. This Shoppers still has some problems but it looks like they are improving. Staff has been more visible and there are less products with incorrect price tags or mis-stocked.

This is the worse shoppers i’ve ever been. The pharmacists are unprofessional. They don’t know their job. They couldn’t even register my insurance in my account and they told me I don’t have any coverage, while i knew i have insurance coverage. I was taking the same medicine from Metrotown shoppers regularly with no issues. I had to call my insurance and they told me this shoppers even didn’t try to process my insurance in their account. Super lazy people and rude. It is not my first i have a bad experience with them. They always look clueless. They should fire them all. I won’t go there anymore.

Worst pharmacy store ever. There are multiple things wrong with this store. I bought non-prescription drug from this store. In self checkout, I used my pc optimum card and chose email option for the receipt. First I didn't get the email receipt. When I went to return the medicine, they asked for receipt. I explained that I didn't get email and its their system fault but they were not willing to understand. Then they said that they can't take return for medicine, I told that I have returned same medication in another shopper drug mart store, they started giving non-sense explanations that each store has different return policy that sounded highly immature to me. Somehow I was able to return by showing more proof. Then I decided to not to buy anything from this store. I visited another shopper drug mart on same day to buy another medicine and I found $3 price difference in one pack which was huge. So this store is not only giving Worst customer service but also selling medicine in higher price. Avoid this store if you can!!!

Worst pharmacy experience ever. If I could rate them lower I would. They do not call you when something goes wrong. I submitted two COVID kits and they were never delivered. I never received a phone call about it. I had to follow up days later. Instead of getting a clear answer for why they didn't call me, the pharmacist and technician just told me they didn't work that weekend. They blamed me for how the test was packaged but there were no paper instructions for how to package it. It was through a video call that I received the instructions to package it, only to later find out it couldn't be shipped from my address for some reason. So I decided to drop it off at a designated Shopper's. I told them at drop off I could remove the box over top and they would not let me! Only for them to tell me to come in and remove it from the box myself when I called to follow up. They would not remove it from the box. They told me the manager would call me that day to sort it out, but never did! Not worth all the stress. They do not look out for the clients best interest. The staff are rude and unaccountable for their actions.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE LOCATION Went in today to buy something for my 12 year old, I scanned it at self checkout and the price was wrong I went back to get a different product and that also scanned incorrectly, went back again to get another one and this time took a photo of the shelf tag and to my surprise (not) the price was wrong once again. I showed the cashier the tag and she changed the price for me. I asked her if she would apply the scanning code of practice? She said it does not apply on sale items, I asked to read the code because I knew that was wrong, she then proceeded to help another customer and after I paid for my product I went back to her "oh you still want to read it?" Anyways I asked to see the supervisor to clarify this, a lady named Naavy came and she said the same thing. I asked her if she could give me the number to customer service so I could clarify with them, her reply "no I don't have it" I asked if she could find it since she was the supervisor "well then you're going to have to wait". I found the number on my own and let the cashier know I was leaving. I did end up calling customer service and they did verify that the scanning code of practice should have been applied. This is not the first time I've come across this kind of atrocious behavior from staff at this location. I am also in retail and I would never talk to a customer let alone a person like that. I hope someone can retrain this supervisor on her lack of people skills. Thank you!
