They do not answer the phone. Their voice mail box is full. They are impossible to get ahold of.
I need a doctor note urgently, for my employer and my exam. They are inconsiderate that this is urgent. When they took my e-transfer. I expect the doctor note to be received immediately. Otherwise, this feels like a scam. This is just stressing me out.
I am not sure if their hours on Google are accurate.
Update - it has been 2 days since they took my money and I still have not received my doctor's note.

Rude, and ignorant. They do NOT listen. And if you ask for anything that requires them to do their job they get very snippy. Wow.
I’m appalled.
They also scream into the phone at you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save your time and avoid this clinic at all cost. I got a doctor's appointment to get requisition for blood work, got the test done the very next day. Since then, it has been weeks but they did not call me back. They never pick up the call and the clinic was closed every time I went to check. So I had to go to another clinic and go through the same process again.

Not only has she taken great care of my health, but she is also lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines personal touches while also remaining professional and courteous. I highly recommend her!
