I've been coming to this clinic for 10 years plus, the front desk staff are not rude, it probably gets very frustrating dealing with rude and inconsiderate people. (Maybe you should try being nice to them) They are all very nice and by the book. Dr. Bhatt is amazing he is very thorough and thoughtful, he has helped me so much dealing with my medical issues and I am forever grateful!
A	Amit Pandher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your doctor prescribes you medication without first asking about your diet, your sleep, your exercise routine, your water consumption, whether you have any structural issues, and the stress in your life then you don’t actually have a doctor. In reality, you have a drug dealer. Some doctors at this clinic are in no shape to be giving us medical advice BUT wait, they don’t. they ask what’s happening and then give you some pills to pop, thats “health”
R	Richard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here as a walk-in. I called in before coming in to see how busy it was, and was told that it wasn't busy. I came in 20 minutes later and had to wait about 10 minutes to see a doctor. Dr. Bhatt was extremely polite and friendly. He was efficient and informative. Probably the best walk-in doctor experience that I've had.
V	Vida Corvus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved here from Ontario in the summer and needed to get a prescription refill. I came in the morning, around 9am, after dropping my kids at school. The wait was 20 minutes, from walking in - to seeing the Dr. I saw Dr. Anthony Ho Chen, who was SO nice! He was friendly, asked me several questions about my health and mental health… he was able to help me with my prescription needs and also gave me information for other health concerns I had. The front staff, all 3 women were kind and polite. Nobody gave me one word answers or short tone. Everyone was unbelievably nice. I come from a part of Ontario where the Doctors are so mean, belittle you about your issues, input their personal, not medical opinions about your concerns… I will absolutely be coming here with my family. Thank you again

I do not know from where he did his doctorate lol he does not even know what was the white bumpy spot under my eye. He said it is "Acne" LOL. Being a business student I knew it was milia and when I consulted another doctor he said it is "Milia" Under any circumstance do not book appointment with him
G	Genesis Plante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was not as warm and friendly as I could have used in that moment, but she was fairly efficient and gave me a time I could come back to. The wait was about 3hrs -not ideal- but to be expected from a walk-in clinic in a busy area. Clinic itself is not the most appealing visually, but it’s clean enough and spacious. Doctor Amir was nice, professional and sympathetic. Dealt with me pretty quickly, answered all my questions and gave a prescription right away.
S	Shayleen Gilmore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish it was easier to see a doctor, but sadly one has to arrive extremely early in order to get a spot here, and at most walk in clinics these days. I have been a patient of Dr.Leons for many years, and he's always been understanding, and helpful when it comes to my multiple health issues. His voice can sometimes sound monotonous, but I can tell he cares a lot about the well being of his patients.
D	DJ Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Leon is horrible. He seems like he's miserable 100% of the time. I've never seen him smile or greet anyone with any respect. Yes he's straight to the point which is good but extremely rude and demeaning in his approach to you. Just comes across like he's better than you and he is going out of his way to accommodate you, no matter how small the accommodation. The only time I see him is when I have to because Dr Bhatt is not in. The girls at the front are very nice and professional. I have no complaints about them.
