They charged me 120CAD for doctor's appointment as I didnot have MSP. I have insurance of my own from home country. When I asked them for doctor's signature on my reimbursement claim form they have asked me to pay 120CAD again!!!!. Very disappointed.

When we come to see our family doctor she is always always friendly, but we can never get into see her. She only accepts appointments once a week and when we tried to book we were told she wouldn’t be seeing anyone for months. What’s the point of having a family doctor? Also if you have a child or baby I would not reccemt coming here because the doctor seems to have very little Knowledge on babies. I had a phone appointment and she reamed me out for not getting my toddlers 2 year vaccinations. I tried to explain to her there is no vaccination for 2 year olds, and that after the 18 month vaccination, the next one is at four years, she of course didn’t listen to a word I said and told me to just get it done. When I checked with Fraser health, of course it was confirmed that there is no vaccination for 2 year olds so I was right and my doctor was wrong, which is very disconcerting. Also the receptionists are very bad at their jobs. They constantly don’t pick up the phone, or pick up the phone, put you on hold and forget about you, or they put you on hold and then just hang up. They are constantly getting the times wrong for scheduled appointments, or changing appointment times without informing the patient. I once got a call from them saying I need to come in right away instead of my scheduled appointment because they changed the time. Of course I could not come, the point of scheduling an appointment in advance is so I can make sure I have time in my day to go there. Almost every time I have gotten a call to confirm appointment time, it is different than what was agreed on when I first made the appointment. My husband and I are looking for a new family doctor. If you are thinking about becoming a patient here, please think again, it is not worth the trouble.

So far the worst clinic I’ve encountered! I will not recommend this clinic! I normally don't write a review however I am so disappointed how unprofessional that particular receptionist that I'd spoke to on the phone while booking an appointment. She should learn The Customer Service 101 , seriously! Pity her! She's not giving a good impression to the clinic itself. She should not work there if she can't perform the basic of how to deal a patient. I am taking this experience seriously and I might complain to a specific agency who deal this type of unprofessionalism.

The receptionist should be changed first of all, she makes us wait for 30 min to pick the call. The clinic would not have these mamu patients that she make us wait for this much time. I need to talk to my doctor and she us the one who doesnt pick callI need to report this behaviour. Kindly tell where can i do so.

I called to book an appointment for my son and the response was quick, booked the following morning. I was not expecting a young doctor but he was very good and knowledgeable. He took time to explain my son’s health problem that even my son who is 10 understood his condition. I highly recommend Dr. Dhillon.

I really recommend this clinic . All the doctors are really helpful and knowledgeable. Recently they make changes in front desk also . These girls are so cooperative and pick phone on times.All Staff is working in good coordination. Great job. Keep it up .

5 stars for Dr. Dhillon who is AMAZING! 2 stars for office staff experience. There is one in particular who isn't really able to do this job it seems. If your clinic is so busy that it takes 50 minutes on hold to get through, you definitely need more workers.

The doctor is very nice but it is very hard to get in touch with her. The receptionists are the cause here. I booked an appointment, took day off, was on my way there when the clinic called to inform that it is cancelled (which I understood, could be some emergency) and rescheduled me for next week for the same day. I took day off again from work, went there only to be informed that I was never rescheduled and have to book a new appointment all together for after a month. Even when you are at the clinic, they don't know the basics of customer services. No apologies, No greetings, nothing!!!! Learn to greet your patients and provide them with accurate information or resign. NEVER MAKE THEM AS YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR.
