★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist of Dr. Shaw is really really unprofessional and arrogant. She doesn’t have any manners to talk with someone. I am really surprised that there are almost 200 reviews against the receptionist then why the management is not taking any action. Because of the rude receptionist so many patients are moving to other clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionists are EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and impolite. Worse manners when they talk either in person or over the phone. One has to dial many times before someone attends the call. I have been calling them since 10am this morning and it's 1pm and I would have called them more than 10 times and the website shows the clinic is Open, but not a single time any receptionist attended.
But Dr. Fahad Shah is an excellent Dr. He's very thorough, very competent and gives time and listens to your issues and finds a relevant and suitable regime of treatment. He's well versed in the latest research of the medications and treatments and he informs the patients accordingly. For his competency sake I stick to this clinic. I will give 5starts to Dr Fahad shaw.

Nice person , he is really a good doctor without any doubt more over he is really very good human being there are many person to whom I heard about him they were all said like bro Dr sandhar he is really nice guy , great person with understanding God bless with lots of happiness and Long life so he can serve humanity because we need exactly these type of human Doctors who are down to earth ? and well understanding after me , my entire family make him his family Dr , now it’s really hard to get appointments with him because mostly he is full booked but I’m happy he is serving many people it’s really hard to get Dr like Dr sandhar , He deserve 7 stars ⭐️ but here only 5 available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have a good experience with the doctors. BUT the receptionists? Terrible. Everytime I try to book an appointment no one answers or they pick up and put me on hold without even saying anything. I have to call 3-4 times to even get someone to answer. AND, half the time when they put me on hold they just hang up on me without even saying anything again. There is one receptionist who is very good, answers professionally and is polite. However the other receptionists are extremely rude, laughing with eachother while people are waiting to have their calls answered. Really need to get rid of them, super unprofessional.

You guys have a great doctor but your receptionists is sub par.. hire a new receptionist who loves their job. I work at the healthcare and i am surprised you guys are not doing anything .. look at the reviews its TRUE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Team of Dr’s and staff are amazing, they are friendly, go above and beyond the call of duty. I know they are extremely busy, the pandemic didn’t slow them down on treating people. I’m so grateful to have Dr Shah as my doctor. His receptionist is very helpful and humble always.

You cannot judge time in a business where personal interaction is so important. Each Patient has 10 minutes with their doctor. I don’t think most patients know that. It takes me 5 minutes to get out of my chair! They all do their best. That’s all we can ask. Please be patient and take care of each other❣️
