Staffs are very friendly especially shiela my physiotherapist who is very attentive with my pain and suffering. I give 5 stars, highly recommended.

They helped me reduce the soreness from lower back and the stiffness from neck and shoulders. Definitely I'll set here as my annual treatment place. Thank you for all your help on me! I feel much more relax and free after the treatment.

I had a very worse pain in my left upper back because of muscle stiffness and I went to Pure life physiotherapy.. and there was Physio Venkat, sheila, Sweety, Nikita - all are very good, professional and friendly physio. I love to go there and treated. There treatment style is very nice. This was my almost 3 month session and I am perfectly fine now. Thank you so much to the pure life physiotherapy… Also I want to mention about receptionist- Navi. She is very very very nice girl. She has very lovely and friendly nature.

I paid to get my medical records yet they missed providing me with the most important document the Ultra sound. I requested that the Director call me, I'm still waiting. The admin staff treat you like you don't matter and like there doing you a favour. They tend to forget that without patients they don't have a job. It's a shame given that the therapist are good however I will no longer deal with this this clinic 702-13737 96th avenue. It's a shame that the professionals will pay the price as I'm sure I can't be the only person feeling disrespected.
