β β β β β The facility is nice and clean, chairs are comfortable, and the staff is happy, positive, and competent. I got there a bit early and I was seen right away, they seem to respect people's schedules and are on point with communication. After several procedures and multiple appointments I am confident in the skills and experience projected by all the staff present. Thanks for making the previously uncomfortable experience of going to the dentist a better one.

β β β β β My family and I have been going to Dr. Dhingra for well over 10 years. Dr. Dhingra and her team from the staff to the doctors, are very helpful and accommodating. You won't find a more kind, caring, and professional team anywhere in the lower mainland. Once again, thank you Dr. Dhingra for all your support. I highly recommend City Dental Centre!

Beware! These guys are scammers. I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against this establishment, my mother got a call asking for a follow up on behalf of Dr Dingra, my mother is 61 years old, confirmed how much the cost would be before going as she doesnβt have insurance and wanted to make sure she wouldnβt do the any cleaning or procedure unless she can afford, the employee checked with the manager at the location and promised a price, today when she went there, initially they said they donβt see her appointment after 15 mins they found it, then they said the price is almost double than what she agreed upon, after going back and forth, in the end they said they made a mistake and they will try and honour a lower rate. I pray no one else goes through this situation like my mother, I was almost in tears listening to her. Please stay away from this clinic especially if you have an elderly they have no respect for their clients.

β β β β β I was referred to this place by my brother as his whole family has been going here for dental work since a long time. I initially talked with Dr Dhingra who was friendly and polite to talk with and explained how things will work and booked the initial appointment for me and my wife.
On the day of the appointment, Jasmine on the front desk was courteous and welcoming and kudos to Dr Unnati Rabari for doing a great job explaining things clearly before, during and after doing the dental cleaning. Both me and my wife were happy with the overall experience and will be returning back in the future.

β β β β β Amazing staff and service. I have a-lot of anxiety going to dentist from a previous negative experience so I switched to city dental. My kids and I loved the service provided. They were so gentle and made it a priority to make sure we were comfortable throughout our procedure. Highly recommend them.
