But I wasn't even explained if it's ok fo proceed the extraction (my gums were swollen because of the infection). Because I heard that if you just proceed when there is infection going on, you entire body can be in danger. The dentist didn't even look into my mouth and explain if he's gonna cut my gums, or if the tooth is easy to remove. He was just in hurry, and wanted to get it done. He was dying to put me in sleep with IV Sedation. So, I don't even know what he's done in my mouth. ? If someone sees this review, PLEASE PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT'S DONE IN MY MOUTH, except telling me 'we removed the wisdom tooth.'

I was greeted by the most helpful staff and was given an appointment the next day. Thank you very much for your kind and professional help!

I was very pleased that they accommodated me and my family and accepted us as their new patient.The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nav, the hygienist, was fantastic, She did a great job on my first visit. Dr.Kaur, the Dentist was nice and informative,. She made me feel right at home. They provided me and my family excellent service and we will be coming here for our future dental needs

A	Anthony Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I'm scared of the dentist based on some of my previous dental visits; however , this place completely changed my mind. I came to this place because of the recommendation from one of their dentist assistant (Jenny) of she recommended Dr. Ali. After some x-rays and consultation from him, we go ahead with my root canal. Dr Ali was super gentle with the needle and trust me when I say I don't feel pain at all. Although he constantly asking me if I'm ok along the way which show he cares a lot for his patient. My second visit was to have a bridge put in and again he did it with great care and passion. My wife was very impressed with his work and she had some work done through him as well. Another great lady I should mention as well is the hygiene technician name Melorie. She was gentle with the cleaning of my teeth knowing I have sensitive gum. Even though I live in East Van, I don't mind to travel to this place when I need some dental done. It has been almost a month and my bridge feel very normal and natural. By the way it was a complicated procedure due to the configuration of my teeth but Dr Ali did it perfectly. I've already referred some people to this place and I highly recommend you should too.

He did a great job and made sure it was pain free each visit. My teeth look fantastic and I never thought I would have this nice smile again. His assistant, Phoebe was also very nice and professional. The office staff/reception are also nice to deal with and very helpful. My wife and kids also go here. Overall this has been a good dental experience.
B	Bee Dee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this dental office for a cleaning and everything went well with the dental hygienist. I then went into the office for 2 cavity fillings on my right side. The dental assistant had no idea what she was doing. The dentist was guiding her and correcting her throughout my whole filling. She never gave suction unless the dentist prompted her. The dentist then had a third hygienist come in to place rubber down in my mouth. Once it was placed I sat there for 10 minutes unattended. By the time the dentist came back, the numbing had worn down and she had to give me another injection. Once I was home and the numbing wore off, my tooth felt so gritty. The dentist didn’t smooth out the fillings. I called the dental office the next morning and the office staff told me that since I was numb I wasn't able to tell the dentist it was not smooth, so they basically blamed it on me. She then said sometimes it’s normal, but the dentist wouldn’t be back for 3 days. I asked if there was another dentist in and why they felt the need to make me wait so many days, when there are multiple dentists at the practice. She then said it would be fine for me to come in and see another dentist. Horrible service, extremely uncomfortable procedure and unprofessional office. Find a different dental office.
