M	Maria Locquiao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Bakhet is a kind physician, always cheerful and informative. Reception staff are incompetent and disorganized. Constant appointment changes with very short notice. My appointment was changed 6 times and another change today an hour prior to my scheduled time. No apologies from the staff for any sort of inconvenience, they seem to think that people don't have lives or other commitments.
t	thara pius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a current patient of Dr. Bakhet. All doctors are good and very experienced. Always had good experiences. Very ethical practice. Ofc, they are a pretty busy practice and I have seen people leaving negative reviews saying they had to wait for long. But, I would like to say one thing. They are good at what they do and that’s why they are busy. If you have longer waiting time please try to understand there are surgeons (who attend emergency procedures) who work at that office who works beyond their hours and is on call without even breaks, sometimes these surgeries take longer, there could be unexpected complications that needs to be managed which might take longer.) Its not like they are sitting there idle and still not willinh to see you. Even the staff works above and beyond to serve everyone the same way. I am sorry, if you guys had bad experiences with one or two in the past. But I can say right now the staff working at that clinic goes above and beyond, handling a lot of phone calls and at the same time assisting the patients coming. With covid things have become worse for healthcare system in general. I think we need to be more understanding. Overall, I had very good experience with the doctors and the staff at Amara. Would like to continue my care with them cuz simply they are the best at what they do. And they are very understanding, doctors are very patient in explaining everything and provide the best care.

On the day of the appointment I had to still wait for 1 hr 45 minutes and the receptionist was very rude when I asked them for an update and why it was taking so long even after an appointment. I had a follow up appointment and it was the same story for that appointment as well. I wasted almost 2 for both my appointments even after booking an appointment. Even when I got my turn, Dr. Goswami did not attend to me properly. Would not recommend.

Felt the doctor was quite judgmental of the fact that I do not take birth control even after I said I didn’t like they way I felt when I was on it previously. Front staff are rude as well…overall poor experience and would not recommend.

She should have gone to some kind of anger management course Or needs a class for good communication skills. I saw too many negative reviews. But looks like no one cares That's why it's still going on after a year reviews.

See me @ 3.05pm .. my appointment was @1.40pm I went there 1hr early because last appointment went there exact time nd they waited me for one hr . This time I went early there because I was going to pick my kids up from school @2.30pm ..so bad experience in my life I was literally crying there. They was sending others in who came there after me.

I WOULDNT WANT ANY OTHER PERSON TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID THIS WEEK**** Visited Amara Women's Health Clinic this week for an ultrasound appt. Prior to the appt, I was given specific directions to get my Husband to wait in the corridor as opposed to coming inside the office. To be specific, he was given direction to wait by the brown door outside to be let in by Dr Whittman. Once I got inside the appt, I mentioned about my Husband waiting in the hallway. In rtn, I was asked if I knew about the COVID-19 virus. In rtn, I responded by saying yes of course because I am a first responder myself. But that we were given these directions by the receptionist. In rtn, I was told my Husband wouldn't be allowed inside. So I advised about not wanting to proceed with the appt. DR WHITTMAN then ripped up my entire file, stood up, told me to gather my belongings and leave the office. I was shattered in tears as I apologized multiple times and asked to resume the conversation. But nope, multiple times I was told to leave the office as opposed to conducting a conversation like a professional. If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would. I am currently in the process of trying to get a hold of Heidi the Manager.
A	Anita Mandel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous. Brown receptionist needs to learn some decent communication skills. Literally the worst person to be a receptionist - have never met anyone as rude as her. Dr Dy Colleen wasn’t any better. She rushed the appointment and was very dominant. Did not even allow myself to fully explain my concerns. This place needs to understand that vulnerable people are coming to your office - they need to be treated with respect. I have never written a review before but specially came here to warn others to avoid this place.
