Negligent and unprofessional.

Riya and Karan are proactive, invested and dedicated to their employ and established a rapport with me immediately. I initially met Dr. PADDA and his wife in Abbotsford and I appreciate the family atmosphere at both clinics and the professionalism and dedication they have in providing exemplary customer care to all clients they encounter. The team has left a lasting positive impression with me and I pray ? that each member there has reciprocal positive endeavors in all that they do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time getting treatment from NewGen’s Physio team and they made an amazing first impression. Shout out to Ruben and Jay. They did a trigger point release for my foot pain, and that alleviated the ongoing pain that’s been making me feel so frustrated. They are respectful and provided a client centred treatment to ensure my needs and goals are met. I would definitely recommend booking with them, you won’t regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty frustrate with how little care they give to answering phones on multiple occasions I have called and sat there for 25 min plus with the dam music never pick up and at that point I have to hang up. I have emailed and tried a lot to get ahold of them to see if I can even get into my doctor doctor obyoshi or see if he’s switched us over to the other doctor and no one!!! Answers I never been more disappointed, they used to be so good and helpful now I just don’t understand why they aren’t

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am eternally grateful to Madi and his team-Jay, Ruben and Vik and will always thank them for all the physio sessions. I can honestly say since I am following treatments with them I feel much better. They are very professional and friendly and I would highly recommend this clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though there was no Doctor available on the day I went, Kate, who I met at the reception was very empathetic and helpful. After so many tries, she was able to redirect me to another clinic that was accepting walkins on that day. It was such a relief as I needed a doctor for my son badly. Thanks again Kate!
