★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with Dr Mtambo my son and I are quite happy. Dr Mtambo is very helpful and very easy to talk with. Took a few minutes to sign up for online booking but not a problem. Talk to the staff for follow up paperwork, they got back to me quickly. So far very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Dave Christie writing to express my disappointment with the "service" received from this clinic. I was in need of urgent help on a Sunday and could find nowhere within a reasonable distance apart from this office. I travelled there in person and made an appointment for a virtual consult with a doctor the same day. Have no received a call back in nearly 2 hours. Time I would have spent pursuing other options had I known this would be the case. The front line staff were pleasant enough, but that means little if you're left hanging. Very unprofessional. I will not be back and will definitely not recommend anyone else visit. Reading other reviews indicates this business has some problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and physicians are extremely supportive and well educated they pay extreme care to detail and deal with their patients with full attention. the recptionists are amazing and so sweet they know exactly what to do and are beyond words. The pharmacy staff is really friendly, wonderful and helpful. Environment is clean, and visiting here is always a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Mtambo is a great doctor and cares about his patients. The front desk feels somewhat unorganized sometimes but it’s steadily improving. Still a great service, but just to make it easier book appointments online if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sandhu and his front desk staff were friendly and accommodated our last minute walk in with a phone consult, followed by an in person visit on the same day. My son's ingrown toenail was treated within an hour and we were on our way home. I would definitely recommend this walk in.
