R	Rizwana Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst reception service in Surrey. The receptionist is rude!!! She hung up the call on us! Husband has been in pain got his xray done on Friday. The doctor advised if it’s a fracture needs to be treated immediately and now they have the reports since Friday and no follow up. When I called them on Monday the rude receiptionist says doctors needs time to read the reports? 3 days to review and xray report? Then says your doctor is not in today anyway And then hangs up on the call on my saying “I do not want to deal with you guys”. This is what happens when you hire people who don’t love their job. Being rude to patients who are already in pain. I hope the managers read this review and take appropriate action. You cannot hang up the call on your patients who are trying to get a hold of their reports for the last 3 days!! If you do not want to talk then get someone else on the line who is sensible enough to help someone in pain. And then she blames us for being rude! Horrible, horrible customer service. Disappointed!!

As a part of healthcare, they won’t feel necessity for appointment & you won’t be offered one as soonest. If you have Flu, the offered soonest appointment will be in next week. No one wants to listen you on phone including manager. Your phone will be either on hold or being ignored.

I called in the morning and they said they were fully booked but still went there to see how fully booked they are and then I saw the clinic was literally empty but still the receptionist says they were fully booked and there is only 1 doctor taking appointments and there are no open slots. I still don’t know how they are fully booked with 0 patients inside.
M	Muskan Toora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t ever book an appointment with Dr.Ali ! She was downright rude during the whole appointment, I had a telehealth appointment with her, the call only lasted for 4 minutes or so and in those 4 minutes she managed to insult my family by passing rude comments just because they asked me get my wound checked. She didn’t help at all with my problem, asked me to send a picture so she can give a better judgement, I sent her an email right away and it’s been 2 whole months now and she doesn’t have the audacity to even reply back. Don’t call yourself a doctor when u don’t know how to respect your patients at all or even help them with health issues.

I was explaining that I moved from other province, but rather then listening to me she just told me that they are not accepting patients from other province. I was telling her that I dont have the physical card yet as I have applied however I have the number and if they are accepting that? she should be listening first and then make comment on it. Very bad customer service on call.
D	Deepa V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Andrew Unger is the first doctor that actually listened to my health issue and my concerns and he honestly explained all available options. He then especially called me to confirm he’s sending me correct medication as per my lab reports to heal me. I am so grateful to him and everyone working at reception who were really helpful. I would recommend him to everyone.

They (the receptionist and office manager) are outright rude, blunt and senseless. I had to write this review after a horrible call from them. The lady yelled at my wife for not picking up the phone call while they were calling an old number which was long updated by us and Doctor had called on the new number previously. They have no ears to listen though. I am curious if there are other venues to take action for the receptionist and office manager's unprofessional behavior than just writing the google reviews. Literally stuck with this clinic. Try to avoid if this clinic if you haven't found your family doctor yet.

She is the nicest person and always makes sure I feel comfortable and understand everything she's doing or telling me. I take my two young children as well and my two year old enjoys the visit. I also find everyone working at reception to be helpful and nice. They really try to make a connection and answer your questions.
