★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got barbecue pizza from here. Easily the worst pizza I've had in my whole life. I ordered extra toppings, but ended up with rarely any. The pizza tasted old and dry. The food had such a disturbing scent, which almost made me vomit. This has happened multiple times when I visited this shop. But wanted to give it an another shot. So I definitely do not recommend any further customers to buy anything from here. Stay Safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know what happened to Top N Town but this place is not good. Pizza quality has gone down alot now and prices have gone up. The Top N Town pizza used to be good. Now the pizza has raw veggies. We ordered cheesy garlic sticks and there were 5 thin slices of sticks where before they used to give way more. I dont know, been a customer of top n town for years but I think i will be ordering from somewhere else now :(

I went there and see such a friendly order taking staff. She listen me very carefully as well as give me advice to feel good taste of pizza but prices of pizza little high any other pizza shopes. I requested to them by this review to make lower price which is easily buy by people in that way you can easily increase your sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed Top in Town meat lovers pizza a few times but when they changed the name, it seems like they changed management. I wouldn't say it's a bad change but why try to fix something that's not really broken? The new meat lovers pizza doesn't have beef and it seems like they are stingy with the toppings.. I makes me wonder, even though I hear the pizza business is hard, I know that if I were to go into the pizza business, one thing I would do is put enough toppings on the pizza. I would never go cheap on the toppings..... Actually, now that I think of it, I'm changing my rating from 2 star to one star because that's exactly what it is..... Its "cheap" pizza charging a mediocre price......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. front counter girl kamal was so rude. she never greet anyone. I order twice every week but now i will switch to another place. She is always at her phone, never pay attention to details. Another customer in line was also talking to me regarding her customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back when it was Top in Town Pizza, hands down one of my favorite places to eat pizza in Surrey. But since they changed to this new model quality has gone down hill rapidly. At first i thought it was just because they were adjusting to the new model but staff were all the same from before the change every time i went in. But once i went back a second & third time (after the change), quality of the pizza just wasn't there anymore.. Its like the new ownership started ordering cheap incredients to save on cost and it really shows. The pizza looks and tastes like something from 7-Eleven. Its sad because i used to love this place, but after 2 years of loyalty I wont be going back.
