★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having a tough time with Bell customer service over the phone. Delayed purchase of phones, and waiting for an answer on activation. Staff at the store realized this, and were very good with their own customer service, and attention to detail. At a point; I was close to calling it, but the staff’s ability to put the customer at the forefront was their priority. Finally got customer service (over the phone) to figure things out, and this dealer was able to keep me on board with their excellent service, and ability to understand the situation. They persisted over the phone, and helped get the deal done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. These guys are bunch liars and they lie and talk you into getting their “best deal” which ends up losing you money in long term and they don’t tell you that when you buy the deal. This store should be SHUT DOWN.
