★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there briefly and talked with a mid aged gentleman. He was polite and belligerent. There is this sneering smile when every time there is a agree to disagree. I can see lots of pride and arrogance in his eyes maybe he think he is rich or too good for customer service business.
I was there for a new Fido plan. He tried to sell me the BYOD plan by asking me buy a Chatr number first before I can get the Fido one. Said the Fido plan they are advertising on FB is only for current Chatr user. This is not true because I got a deal by calling Fido directly with same monthly charge same day later.
He also offered me a plan comes with a Samsung cell phone with nearly 2x monthly charge comparing with other Fido reseller.
Glad I walked away and so should you.

They offered me the best affordable deal as compared to other market plans. Their customer service and rates are best in the market . I defenitily recommend this store to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing people they are... am so happy to see their detail involvement to find the best price in all phone plans for me. They compare Fido, Roger's freedom telus. I am with fido for long time & with loyalty discounts, what fido offered me $70 for S21FE & 6GB data, but they further reduced it to $60 with double the data 12GB. I have no words to say thanks for the staff at friends communication cellular point store at Newton. Keep up good work my friends
