Guy is lazy I order delivery he wants me to pick up downstairs where it's middle of night my kids were sleeping he expect me to come out and leave them. That's why I order delivery and tip. Now I can't trust the food he delivered to me it goes straight to garbage I don't know what they did to it as it looks suspicious and cold. Never ordering again ever from this location 72nd and from pizza hut anymore.
M	Maninder Jagde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had no issue with pizza but wings that I order with it were not fully cover with sauce. I had 2 type of wings ordered and both of them were not fully covered. Seemed like they just drizzled some on top and that's about it. I had to mix it well myself to enjoy.

There was barely any cheese on either of the pizzas. When I called to complain I was told "we used the amount as set by the company". I have had pizza hut many many times and I have never gotten pizzas like these. You can see the red sauce and the crust a lot easier then you can the cheese. I will not be returning to pizza hut! There are lots of alternatives that will put cheese on the pizza!
R	Rubalpreet singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a large pizza and paid 24 $ for ot and this is what you get for 24$ . A medium pizza for prize of large pizza. Didnt expect something like this from such a big brand. Really upsetting.

This location is trash, I ordered a game night deal and it took an hour. Pizza was cold and this boneless were barely warm. Definitely not ordering from here again, my advice is to stay away from this place and maybe try a different location or just pick up at Scottsdale.

I went to the closer location and my fiance went to pick up our order somehow the pizza was removed from the online order when I placed it so he ordered a large pepperoni lover. The sauce was sparse. Normally when I get pepperoni lover or double pepperoni it goes sauce, pepperoni, cheese, then more pepperoni. The stuffed crust cheese inside seemed like it was frozen because it was flat on the inside and not gooey like melted cheese should be. Plus the crust seemed like it was thin crust. Super disappointed as my go to place for pizza is pizza hut over domino's and Panago. I don't see myself ever getting food from this specific location again.
