★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with my phone, the guy said it couldn't be repaired because they don't have screen. I contacted my Device Protection support and they asked me to call this store again because the guy at the store needs to put "not repairable" on file. The guy in the store put "customer doesn't want repair" instead. Omfg. Upon calling the Device Protection support back they said it's store's mistake and we'll have start the process all over again. Wasted my whole day over this nonsense. Thank you ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough good things about them! I have not come across many people, especially business people, who are such good-natured and kind people. I was very impressed with there demeanour, there helpfulness, there competence and willingness to explain and accommodate my situation.
When they took my phone apart to fix the screen they found a swollen battery. They went out and picked up a new battery and waited to hear from me as to whether or not to fix it. They showed me the issues and explained the situation in detail, which made me comfortable as a consumer knowing he knows what he's doing, they are honest and straightforward. There's more to it, but I'll keep it short and say they went above and beyond and I am very appreciative!
Service was timely, professional, courteous, affordable and well done. There are not many businesses that operate at this caliber. Thank you, Guys !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst customer service experience of my life.
Through an insurance company, ubreakifix accepted a claim to fix my phone. After confirming they had a screen in stock over the phone and a promise that they would put one aside for me, I travelled 100km roundtrip to find out they were RMA parts and not usable.

AND they were able to properly reseal the water seals! Many other companies can't seem to do this

Not only did the professional gentleman fix it, he did so in just under an hour . I highly recommend them wholeheartedly and will go here for all my device repairs in the future.
