P	Pamela Warne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sold 2 iPhone 12s and the sales man forgot to give me the SIM cards. We used our old ones. We have had nothing but problems with the phone dropping calls and little glitches that u wouldn’t expect from a newer iPhone. I called Rogers 3 times and spoke to IT people for hours to try and solve it. Rogers techs r not consistent with their knowledge. Finally one young man said u need a 5 G SIM card. Omg so much time wasted. Waited more than an hour at Costco to get the SIM cards. The rep tonight was nice but too busy. Need 2 people always at that kiosk

Associates are calling those customers in-priority who are in the actual lineup. I did scanned the QR card for virtual lineup at 6:40 PM at Costco Surrey location and Got text at 7:30pm that they are ready to serve me, even though I was number one in virtual line. I finish the shopping at Costco, paid the bill, reached at home and got a text message from them saying” thanks for your visit”. They never called me in time and I never rest of that mess I don’t know who visited on my behalf or they are just adding wrong information, making up that They have not lost this client and they did served the client. Very bad experience.
D	Dawn mackay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to upgrade 3 lines at Costco last weekend. Ricky was amazing! He saved us lots of money, we got excellent cell phone packages and was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help us even when his shift ended. I highly recommend Costco wireless if you're looking for a phone or upgrade.

The rep present there, asked me phone number and zip, upon telling he typed it in and almost started shouting on me that it's not matching. I totally got confused why it's not a match then i asked him to "relax" and inquired what database you are expecting a hit. He told Fido, I was like facepalm I am not Fido customer yet I need to port my number to Fido then everything went fine. Two things was really bad: 1. The rep didn't have his name badge on him 2. You don't need to yell at customer without even knowing the situation completely.

He helped transfer all data over from my old phone to new one and made sure i was all set upon leaving. Really appreciated him going the extra mile.

She took enough time to alter my plans according my needs and give an honest opinion according to the services I needed instead of rushing she let it flow very smoothly without forcing to purchase anything she did tell me everything that how I can get the most of my investment on the phones instead of being pushy salesperson. I walked out with lots of savings and offers.Very professional and highly recommended.
