★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst eye clinic I have been to. Do not waste your time. They can not do everything in one appointment. They keep you coming back. Each appointment are less then 10 mins. The staff are rude and do not explain anything to you. Very hard to understand what they are asking you. The Dr is not any better. He walked in and spent two mins in the room and left. Do not had a chance to explain anything or ask him about anything. He did not ask anything. He is more worried about his billing hours with MSP.
Find a place that will take care of you a person not his billing hours.

Honestly after reading all reviews I almost wants to cancel my appointment but I thought I should try my self.my family doctor send request for my vision check. First appointment I show up 20 min early . The front desk help me very positive response. I hardly wait 5 min and I got call for my eye exam. I was out within 20 min and today I have second appointment. Same experience the staff was polite . Got me exam room within 5 min after few questions Dr Sutton assist me . He was polite ,respectful as well informative.
I understand people have some days tough time and circumstances vary by individuals.
I am really happy to see them again as well recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there this morning and they are super FAST! Receptionists are polite and professional. We didn’t even have a chance to sit & wait for more than 3 minutes, we’ve been assessed right away by the assistant who ran some eye tests. Then after that we proceeded to the doctor’s room. The doctor came right away, unlike other doctors that you have to wait long till you get seen. But the consultation with the ophthalmologist was also very quick, he stayed less than 2 minutes. I could have rated 5 stars if he gave more time and checked deeper. He said my son is ok and just come back if there’s still problem. The doctor is nice and polite too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dr wasmpre focused on the 2 students explaining to them what he was doing &giving his assistant instructions he was in & out so fast I hardly got a chanch to say anything I was in the middle of asking an important question as he left the room without answering my question his assistant wrote down instructions for my at home treatments it was poorly writin & hard to understand it was a bad experience do not go there pass it on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible wasted my time going here. Even when years back they said they “had to keep a watchful eye” about my optic nerve and now they telling me nothing wrong. Book me two appointments and got nothing done no one even checked my eye. Never got the eye exam I needed waste and disgraced. Deceased with their service. Child, bye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time was minimum. Only waited about 5 minutes after all exams were done before Dr. Sutton came to see me. Total time of visiting was under 30minutes. Lots people complained about the time he was with you and he was with me less than two minutes also however he was able to explain everything to me, and this is how they keep waiting time minimum to the other patients. Receptionist were busy all the time and sure didn't know how to smile but was professional and polite to get all the registration work done. Lots of parking. Eye exam is in public area but seems not a problem to me.
