Went there to get new phone and she simply just said that I need to go to other locations because this is just a service store . I don't know what that meant because few moments ago I talked with customer care and they told me to go to this store and get my phone as the phone was available at this location according to their record but when I get there, the lady just denied that and told me to go on another location.

The Beats Solo Pro I wanted were not in stock but associate offered to get them delivered by courier to store or if I wanted them more quickly to set up the order at this store and just travel about 20 min to pick them up. Super seamless process! Thanks!
