Very unprofessional staff . They don't know how to make hairstyle. And They are very bad. If they don't know how to make hairstyle why they hired in salon and that girl using only one wax strip for my full arm. I will not go again very bad experience

There is one lady with over attitude. She don’t even know how to talk with the customer. She did my eyebrows like I am an animal, did very fast. She don’t know about respect. I don’t know why they hire like these people, who don’t know how to make customer happy. Worst lady?

Worst experience ever. I asked for a hair cut with little trimming and the lady cut my hair to too short and when I asked her that you did my hairs too short and untidy. Instead of being sorry she said the length is fine. They don’t have any respect and even charged me for ruining my hair Never visit here

The worst haircut I ever got, I was too nice to say something to them and just paid the ridiculous price. But Do Not go there for a haircut, thats my experience. Eyebrows are OK.

Worst customer service. They charged me double for the products. Almost $100 extra. Did not take the return nor give me refund. Hate the place and owner Kiran. She is so rude. They were so polite when I paid $650 but when I ask for refund of extra charges. She hung up phone on me. No cleanup at all. No professionalism among the employees. Indian selon’s are way better than this one.I just wanted to get my hair done as one of my friend recommended me this place. This will be my last review of this place because I will never be back again. I have been coming here since I was 13 years old, so 13 years I been going there as I am 26 now. For the first 5 years it was amazing customer service experiences. Then they started to be racist! I would go in, I'd be the first walk in.. other walk ins would come in. They would get served first because of the color of their skin and the language being spoken. I was always called last because I am white. I only go there for Eyebrow threading. I stopped coming for a few months. Came back a few times, noticed it got a little better but not by much. I met this new lady that works there. She was very nice. But she messed up my eyebrows they're totally not even. When I tried to tell her about it she shrugged her shoulders and said she was finished. Paid then left. This time around. Owner is not there. They are so busy. I wait 30 mins. The new lady I mentioned before is getting smashed with customers at this point both customers and walk ins. Oh and phone calls too. It must've been very overwhelming for her to handle. You could tell by the way she was talking to customers both in person and over the phone she was done. Like she couldn't handle anymore. After 45 mins of waiting for my eyebrow threading. She tells all of us that's waiting probably about 10 customers.. that she needs to go on her lunch break and that it'll be another 30 mins. WORST SERVICE EVER. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE YOUR APPRECIATED. THANKS FOR COMING TO MY TED TALK

I went over there today for threading and the girl who did threading was not at all professional. And she gives me pain a lot while doing threading. She did very bad threading last time it happened same with me in this salon and this time also but i went there again i thougt sometimes it happens but nooooo she was not professional and very rude. Never go back overe there and not recommend to anyone.

I hate to give this place 1 star. I’ve been going here since 2014. They always did a great job on my eyebrows. Today not so much. No one was wearing a mask. One of the girls was actually dipping a used wax stick back into the wax warmer, a stick that was on a clients body. That is a huge red flag for Aestheticians. I’m horrified. I’ll actually be contacting the ministry of health after what I saw today.
