★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in yesterday and got my kids haircut. The lady who cut there hair was unprofessional and was not happy about that. She was telling me to keep my kids on the chair while we waited but it's hard when there waiting they don't sit still. My son was good but when it came to my daughter she got frustrated that she wouldn't put her head down and all I wanted was a trim. It was her first time and she did a job sitting there. She didn't move or cry. And to top it off she charged me for her first hair cut. I mean I've been going there since my son got his first hair cut and they gave it to me for free. But not hers. So I had to pay full price. So I mine as well find a different place that will have patience with kids that will charge the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cousin just got a haircut today and look how it turned out! She has curly hair so she left the salon with wet hair since they didn't blow dry it so when she got home she straightened it and eventually hated what she saw. She has a flight tomorrow morning so she can't really go back to the salon to complain but damn she's really frustrated because she doesn't know how to fix it since the lady cut it really short already. Looks like the lady doesn't know what she's doing. The worst ever!!!!

Stylists feed in machine numbers randomly on respective account and at our next visit we end up coming out of the salon, bald. $22.50 for 2 machine swipes on my head, which took approx 6 mins max for the stylist. Sure it was disappointing to end up like this. Stylist had an easy answer to blame the previous stylist for who put the wrong measurements in the system. As a customer we cannot apprehend to their system language but it was so fast that I ended up with almost a bald head right now. Terrible experience.
