★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always went to this location. But Today i really disappointed. I ordered a white hot chocolate and she gave me wrong coffe instead then i ask her for a glass of water and she refused to give me .This is a very rude experience towards your customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here today for a heart shaped coffee for my frnd bt the girl on the other side of counter with specs and golden hair was very rude she have us the coffee bt heart shape was totally ruined we told her to replace or refund she refused and started yelling. We were in rush so we left bt u guys need to hire some professional staff. more than the customer she was worried about taking bus. Also, the taste of coffee was ridiculous i do not recommed anyone to vist there. The girl should be thrown out of the store as she has no sense.

Maybe ask yourself the question would u drink it?
And If the answer is no then what tf would I.
Placed smelled like stinky dips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service! I’m never going to this Blenz location again! I always thought Blenz stood for quality drinks made with the utmost care but this location is not reflective of that.
I came in 3pm on Feb 23 to get my drink properly remade as once I got home and took a sip, I could only taste how horrible it was. My Americano was not drinkable - the espresso shots were pulled too long and were SO bitter, I couldn’t take more than a few sips. I know Blenz prides itself for crafting each beverage to suit each guest’s individual tastes, so I was shocked when the girl working at the counter told me Americanos were usually strong. Yes, I know. I usually order an extra shot, which I didn’t do this time. I asked her to please remake my drink, as I drove all the way home and back since it was so below Blenz quality. The worker just blankly looked at me and told me that I would have to buy another drink. She started giving attitude and said she wouldn’t remake it.
Save your money and don’t visit this location. Even fast food coffee like McDonalds or A&W is better than what I was served with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a couple sips of a Large customized drink and sat at a small corner table because that was all that was available. The table was tiny and barely fit my laptop and books, I ended up spilling my drink. I apologized and offered to clean it up, they were visibly irritated at me and rolled their eyes. I let it go and shortly after, ordered the same drink. She said I had to pay for it. She saw me spill it and cleaned it up, I told her it was obviously an accident but she said I had to pay regardless. I asked for a refund and she said they had a no refund policy. I’m shocked honestly Starbucks would have handled this completely differently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met a friend for a coffee date around 4pm on a weekday. It was fairly busy in there but we found seating. It was clean and the cashiers were nice. Lots of parking available outside the premise. I do think the washroom could be updated and cleaned more. It wasn't filthy but it wasn't as clean as I would like. Our drinks were tasty. I would go again just won't use the washroom lol
