★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionists at this place are awful. They will literally have you standing in front of the desk for several minutes and pretend not to acknowledge the fact that you are there. The lady I dealt with was a menace to be around. The only good part about this place is Dr. S. He is the best doctor I have ever dealt with. He is pleasant and very reassuring. He is the only reason I come back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady in the reception was nice and kind. The doctor (Dr. Saincher) was rude and condescending. Seems like he doesnot want to listen to the concern of the patient. Automatic voicemail machines are better than him as when I was trying to explain him my child’s concern he kept saying rudely say either yes or no and nothing else. My child has a issue with stomach and he did bother to even check and just gave the lab visit paper without explaining what’s the test about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far the best experience I have had in a walk in clinic. Dr. Anurag Saincher is super knowledgeable and caring. He is very fun and listened and attended to every single concern I had. I wish I could have him as my family doctor.
The secretary was also so helpful and caring (S.), I really enjoyed the experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where is the professional ethics of this Dr. ( Dr. Anorag Saincher ). The rudest Dr. i’ve ever encountered. Been seeing him for awhile now but this is so far the worst experienced i’ve ever had with him. I’m a professional too but i don’t treat my client the way he’s treating his patients.
Don’t want to deal with this Dr. anymore. I normally don’t write a negative review but i won’t let this pass.
