Jaspreet Sidhu's impatience, ignorance, and presumed superiority are terrible qualities to have in a doctor. Your "valuable time" isn't something we need to be reminded of throughout our appointments. We have concerns, and needs, and we expect to feel heard and understood, WITHOUT the judgement. Understand that your patients may feel overwhelmed and thus, list various symptoms they feel may be linked with a diagnosis- if you can't handle that or you feel that it's "wasting your time", maybe this job isn't for you.

Came in here yesterday as a walk-in and I would have to agree with the other reviews that the receptionists aren’t all too welcoming. One of them was talking through the other receptionist to me instead of talking directly to me. She was telling her co-worker this and that (β€œtell her the wait time is an hour,” β€œask for her ID”, β€œtell her she can’t leave and come back,” etc) instead of addressing me personally. They told me that the wait time was an hour although there was NO ONE in the waiting area at all besides me. As it turned out, they took me to a room within 10-15 minutes and I was out of there within 30 minutes instead of one hour. All I needed was a prescription for some antibiotics. I think they just told me that wait time was an hour because they didn’t want to have to deal with me and they would try and drive me away by scaring me off with the wait time. On the other hand, the doctor (I didn’t get her name because she didn’t even introduce herself) was nice and we were done within 3 minutes. I didn’t get to thank her because she just walked away after telling me she was printing off my prescription, which she also didn’t hand to me personally. Overall experience in this place could have been better.

Absolutely disgusted with the black haired front desk staff's behaviour. It seems she lacks training or even education since her work ethics and attitude is on par with that of a sloth. She has NO consideration of your situation whatsoever even after being nice to her. She always acts as if her job is killing her and is simply a lazy and unproductive individual. She is unprofessional over the phone as well; dismissive, playing victim and can't fully explain your appointment details to you (probably because of a language problem). If that's the case, she shouldn't be a receptionist. Also, I find that this clinic PREFERS to only provide service to THEIR OWN KIND. Talk about the whole administration enforcing a cultural baggage. ??

Would definitely not recommend going to this medical clinic. They are always short of doctors and will make you wait close to a month for an appointment.

Incredibly rude front desk staff, with a tendency to ignore non-south Asian patients. The website is unsecure, and is flagged by google as a source of malware. Other than that, the pizza next door isn't bad.

If I could give zero stars I would. Been waiting for a week for a Dr Vic to sign my prescription so I can receive it and get it filled. The front end staff just play the role of helpless victims and can’t offer any help at all. The front end staff seem to have no customer service training at all.

My experience with veralife clinic is not good. Family doctor Dr Drusano has been abusive with this tone towards patients with disabilities, as well not listening to patient needs, giving addictive pharmaceutical medication which I cannot have. This family doctor will threaten to hang up the phone many times..As well he has discriminated against me with my belief, and violated human rights, will not allow myself to be natural remedies. Most medication by pharmaceutical that been prescribed makes my condition worse. That receptionist will call up to 3 times in row to remind me get my notes and pay when I got set time. This is considered harassment as I do work.

I ageee with most of comments here. Stay away from this awful clinic and its doctors. Dr Abdula shame on you and all other staff working there. He is one of those many doctors who only cares about money not the well-being of his patients. Shame on you all. Last year I had an appointment with Dr Abdula and because of covid my appointment got canceled. This year they are telling me if you want to see him, he is asking you to pay him $100 for the canceled appointment dur to covid lockdown. What a nasty doctor.
