★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One time I went here, I had issues with my insurance, but the staff working here managed to find a technicality which enabled me to use it anyways. The staff here always have a smile and enthusiasm and their service is the quickest one you can find in all of Surrey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I visit this pharmacy I’ve always been provided with fast and quality service. Unlike the Shoppers across the street, they accepted my student insurance card right away (yay for no longer having the hassle of sending in a form via the mail) and are always so welcoming and courteous and happy to answer my questions. During my visit today, Eric went above and beyond for me by doing a price check on my medication to see if the brand name would be covered through my insurance because I mentioned I’d been paying out of pocket for the generic one. I highly recommend visiting this pharmacy instead, and I know that this will be my go-to pharmacy from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We will never go to any other pharmacy again! These people are all sincerely friendly, personable, attentive and are very knowledgeable! The longest we have ever waited is 8 or 9 minutes from entry, filled prescription and exiting the store! Wow! One time, I was accidentally running more than ten minutes late but they waited for me and gave the same great service and real smiles! Best service in a pharmacy anywhere ever in my 50 years of life! - Shawn S.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SO impressed with this Pharmacy. To be greeted by name these days is such a nice touch. I have never been put on hold when phoning in for a refill and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes on a walk-in. When you're not feeling well, this is exactly what I want and appreciate. Eric, Glenda and every staff member I have dealt with are professional, personable, friendly and very efficient. I will not go anywhere else for my prescriptions. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accessibility information - The following review was prepared by my grade 9 Social Studies students after a site visit and an interview.
The store has a ramp in the parking lot for people in scooters/wheelchairs to get up onto the sidewalk. It also has 2 accessible parking spots in front of the store. The door is a manual pull, but the employees will open it for people in a wheelchair or scooter. The counter was moderately low so a person in a scooter/wheelchair could somewhat see what's on top of the counter. The aisles were wide enough for someone in a wheelchair/scooter to pass through. The shelves were pretty low so a person in a scooter/wheelchair could grab products from the top of the shelves. They sold crutches and other items to help people in wheelchairs/scooters.
