★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been working with Sydney for the past few months for my Kinesiology. She is a great person to work with as she actively monitors how you are progressing and makes sure to challenge and push you towards improvement while also taking your injuries into consideration.
She always changes up the exercises so it’s never boring. She also has a great eye and is able to quickly correct any technical errors to make sure you’re doing all the exercises safely and properly. It doesn’t hurt that she’s also fun to work with so it’s never a chore to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will forever be grateful to the team at Allied Physio. I started out with physio (Jonathan) and Kinesiology (Sidney) to help with my recovery from a MV accident 2 years prior. I was in a bad place both physically and mentally, so they were very patient with me and even collaborated to come up with a program that catered to my needs. Their expansion into other services led to me being able to access a massage therapist and an acupuncturist there as well. With that my recovery skyrocketed, and now I am only on a maintainance program with my acupuncturist (Harry) and massage therapist (Matt). I will not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again for everything ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 4 months getting physio with the help of Ash. He was great in helping me heal two tears in my rotator cuff/shoulder. Ash has great patient consideration: he's attentive, listens well and is very knowledgeable. The program is laid out very nicely and follows a nice progression. I'd highly recommend Ash for anyone looking to heal from an injury; he's a true pro.

I got more courage in me , become really postive and I got my confidence back ....her way is really different way to treat ..she is very calm person , such a very good personality..I highly recommend her if someone is really going through depression. Let me Clear to every one who don't know about different between conselling and Psychiatrist..they both are totally different then each ...I Personally recommended consoling rather than psychiatrist... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Himani was so good and professional in the procedures. I went there for issue related to lower back pain, wasn't able to bend properly - there was a sharp shooting pain. She was able to diagnose it immediately to the main reason for the issue.
Immediately after my visit, she made sure that I receive the email instructions to the stretching exercises that I am supposed to do on my own.
The staff at the reception was quite courteous and well trained in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to Allied Physio-Surrey 152 for nearly 10 months now, and there was nothing but amazing customer service. The staff are extremely friendly and will consistently greet you by name. I went in for physiotherapy and saw Nishant who always went above and beyond for both myself and my husband. I also went in for kinesiology with Sydney, who did outstanding work. Every appointment she always believed in me and made sure I didn’t go past my limits. The improvement from when I first went in for my assessment until now are tremendous. I was always concerned that I was never going to get my strength back after having my son and then being in a car accident but now I’m happy to say that I can hold my son no problem without pain.
Thank you all the kind and courteous staff at allied physio for all your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Harry Sidhu (acupuncture) highly exceeded expectations with the best treatment for a shaken up skeleton from a car accident. It's so great for mental health too; the most important thing to heal!! Very lucky to have tried this.
