R	Ray K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.5 hrs waiting in a car in 6 deg weather. I left for home when the office manager called and asked “has the doctor called yet”. When I went back the doctor saw me for less than 45 seconds without asking any questions. This is short order medicine with zero standard of care. It’s the same every time. This was the last. You’re literally better off at the hospital, Atleast they’ll take a good hard look at you after the wait.

Person at the front desk takes my info and tells me that the doctor isn’t in until 10 and I should come back at 9:45 to “arrive myself” then I come back at 9:45 and my spot as 1st in line was not held even though I went through the trouble to wait outside. She said people are ahead of me so basically I should have come back before 9:45 to check myself in so she wasted my time and was very rude when I was simply asking questions to understand their nonsensical process. What a disgrace, there is no satisfaction today. You have to communicate clearly with people or else people get frustrated.
K	Kiren Dhesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only walk in clinic with a 10 km radius that would take me in day of to see in person. The receptionist was very kind and patient. Dr. Ahmed was was also friendly and knowledgeable. The whole check in and waiting process was pretty seamless.

When I checked back in, I was told they did text me, however, I didn't receive the texts. The doc was fantastic ? I was pleasantly surprised by his kindness, thorough ness, & professionalism.
M	Mandeep Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to this clinic various times and seen various doctors there including Dr. Meek, Dr. Strovski, Dr. Morawski. They are great and give time to listen to their patients. When I leave clinic, I always feel that I have been looked after and listened to. Same goes with the front desk and nurse, very helpful staff. I would recommend this clinic to anybody looking to walk-in- yes wait times can be longer, just like any walk-in. But the care that you receive outweighs this drawback. Overall, from front desk to nurse to doctors, everybody is wonderful and accommodating. Thank you all!
T	Taye Brewster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for a walk in appointment. The reception staff were very nice however, I can’t say the same for the doctor I saw. He handled the appointment in a very unprofessional manner from start to finish. He pulled down his mask at one point to pick his teeth and overall just seemed very nonchalant about the appointment. I was informed of a few resources elsewhere and then he laughed in my face as he walked me out and said “good luck”. I recommend this man work on his social skills/awareness considering his profession. Unbelievable..
A	Annette Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awful! I’m 9 weeks pregnant the doctor sent me for an ultra sound and nothing else. They have my ultra sound results and didn’t bother to call me. I came today and they said there’s no doctor until 9:45am. I said I work by then how about tomorrow she said not until 9am. I need a referral to another doctor. I need blood testing. I need my ultra sound results and it’s impossible to get in they don’t care about the health and well being of their patients
P	Prejoh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this office a zero, I would. I got my message to wait outside the clinic at 10:30, which was great and everything was good. Then I proceeded to wait for 2.5 hrs because the ladies at the front kept telling me I was the next person to go in. They proceeded to take about 15 patients in while I sat there being told I am next person to go in. I overheard them tell 2 other walk in patients they were next to go in. I understand having booked appointments but do not take walk in appointments and tell them they are next in line. I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hrs exposing myself to covid for no reason. I just felt the way the front staff dealt with walk in was so unprofessional. I was also told that there was 4 doctors working, 1 was dedicated to walk in patients but they told me they are giving booked patients to him. Ridiculous and a waste of time.
