I stumbled upon comments from someone who says the clinic is terrible. I will have to disagree. My experience at the clinic was nothing but friendly and the service was better than any other clinic I have ever been to. The girls in the front are more helpful than anywhere I have been before. Always joking and smiling with patients.... including me. Dr Baby is the best doctor. He made sure that all my concerns were addressed and he spends over 15 min with me everytime I see him. His concern for my health makes me feel like i am very important and not just trying to get rid of me. Never have I had a bad experience at this clinic. I encourage all my friends and family to go to Sullivan Medical and you should experience the same smiles and respect I got from them.

From the moment I enter the clinic, the staff are pleasant, smiling and available to answer any questions. Even when the clinic is busy, the telephone lines ringing off the hook the staff is always calm, and professional.. As well, I have also been impressed at how tactful and respectful the staff is when dealing with difficult persons. I wanted to mention Sandy because she is always positive, upbeat and caring and it is obvious she loves what she does. My experience with Dr. Baby is also very positive. He always listens carefully and provides great medical care. Unlike other experiences, I have never felt rushed. Thank you

I drove to 3 different clinics today who don't update their websites to state what services are available, instead I see that it's a walk in clinic and it's open till a certain time so I go to it expecting it to be open like the hours say, only to see on the door phone appointment only. This is so frusterating during covid19 to get the health care you need, instead we are forced to go to the emergency department just to get a ear infection looked at and wait 8 hours to be told there's nothing they can do !

He's professional, knowledgeable, take care of your health seriously, referred to specialist appropriately. Our family is more than happy have Dr. Mtambo as our family physician. Staff of Sullivan medical clinic are helpful especially Sandy. She knows how to take care of her patients and suggestions at the time when needed most. During this unprecedented time covid-19 outbreak, clinic has managed high standard of safety to their staff and patients following provincial health & safety protocol guidelines in place to curve this pandemic. Clinic has offered telemedicine appointments via phone or video conferencing. Sullivan Medical Clinic deserves full five stars. Thank you to Dr. Mtambo and office staff members. Dr. Mtambo has moved to we care pharmacy & medical clinic and continue his practice with same standard of his services to his patients at this location.
A	Ash Sandhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic for 4 years now, they have turned worst in last couple of years, I took so many appointments to get my blood test done, my Planter fasciitis test done, heel spur diagnosis, in last 6 months but God knows who they are sending my referral emails to, Today I called to talk to front desk, waited for 45 minutes put my phone on side and started working, someone picked up the call and said hello for couple of time before I could say hello they hung up on me. I called again coz I need my referral to get tested waited for another 25 minutes and they again said hello and hung up on me. I am not sure if their devices are broken or they really can't hear someone saying hello back. They need to fire these people and stop harassing patients on phone. They make patients wait for 45 minutes and they don't even give 10 seconds to hear them 10 seconds to respond. This is intolerable behavior how many times do I have to call and wait and get hung up before get my test done??

The first time I spoke with Dr. Parveen Ali she was extremely dismissive and talked over me while I was going over my heath concerns. When you seek help from a doctor, as a patient we need some compassionate and empathy for being in unwell position looking for a true professional to help guide them in the right direction to seek help. Unfortunately she lacked the ability to do that. My second time calling into this clinic I gave her another try thinking maybe she had a bad day.. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and again she was very aggressive and dismissive of my issues. I was so upset I hung up. I will never book here again.

Sounds doesn't like My ACCENT.Then calls me from a Richmond phone No.and yells at me that took me by surprise what kind of professionalism is this.? If miserable please don't make others miserable. These are patients who are calling..
