After I ordered, the restaurant called me to say they don't have lettuce (a health bar with no lettuce) and that I had to cancel the order on my end, which I did. Uber then charged me $26 for it! It sounds strange at the very least that the restaurant doesn't have an option to cancel the order on their end, and force their customers to go through a painful process with Uber to get a refund. Am not going to order here again. EDIT (since I can't reply the restaurant): The order was placed yesterday 6:06pm. Yes, the restaurant can cancel an order, since I've had that experience before with other places. What happened was that you accepted the order, and set as "preparing your food". After that point, yes, the restaurant can't cancel, and the customer will be forced to cancel and go through a 30 min chat with Uber to get the money back. Next time, please make sure you make sure the ingredients are available before setting the order to "preparing your food" and you should have a way to cancel. This is what the Uber Eats Website explains (You're welcome!): As a restaurant, if you need to cancel, follow these steps: 1. Tap the MANAGE ORDER button in the top right of the order info screen that you would like to cancel. 2. Tap CANCEL ORDER and provide the reason why you’re canceling. The customer will then get a notification that their order could not be fulfilled. You will not be paid for any orders that you cancel.

I was helped out by jas who gave me some options all of which included different delicious sauces that made me following this routine quite easy. I would recommend everyone to try some meal preps from this store. Keep up the good work guys.

I work late nights and sometimes miss the meal prep cutoff time online and Gurj has been so cool to accommodate me every time. You can tell Gurj and Jas care a lot about their clients and have such amazing support staff that are always smiling and providing such a great service to the community. Being a single guy who works long hours with little time to cook, Whole bowl provides a great healthy meal solution at a reasonable cost! Online ordering is easy and fast , and the meal prep menu has tons of selections. I hope they bring the protein bites (snacks) back tho they were so good. I appreciate yall?❤️? ?

It’s the only healthy food prep place that I’ve tried where the chicken quality and freshness is perfect. Our whole firm is hooked. Really, really love this place. I hope they never change!

I got white rice that was hard and under cooked, and ice berg lettuce that was literally 10 shredded pieces. Cold bland black beans and corn. $16 for the most boring flavourless meal.
